Usage Notes

Store your ink at 5°C-35°C to keep it performing at its best, and handle refills carefully to avoid staining your clothes. We'd always recommend sticking with genuine xTool Selected ink for your printer — third-party inks can cause permanent damage to your printhead that isn't covered under warranty.

Most in-stock laser supplies, materials and blanks are packed and dispatched the same business day when ordered before our daily cut-off. If an item is a pre-order, back-order or requires additional time, we will clearly let you know and keep you updated.

We offer four delivery options at checkout, including standard shipping, express services and next-business-day delivery options for urgent orders. Available services, pricing and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on your postcode, order size and the items in your cart.

Every order includes tracking once dispatched, and our team is here if you need help with delivery, stock availability or choosing the best option for your order. Pickup is also available by appointment from our Brisbane and Auckland locations on eligible items.
