By accessing our website or placing an order with Pixel Burn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users of our website, including customers, browsers, and contributors.

1. Definitions
- “We”, “our”, “us” refers to Pixel Burn Laser Pty Ltd
- “You”, “your” refers to the person using our services
- “Services” includes our website, online store, and custom laser engraving work
2. Our services
We provide personalised laser-engraved products, custom items, and gift solutions.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse service, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time. Prices, products, and availability may change without notice.
3. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If an error affects your order, we reserve the right to correct it, cancel the order, or provide a refund where appropriate.
4. Orders & payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We accept payment via credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, and bank deposit, where available.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Orders are processed once payment has cleared.
Promotional discounts & equipment exclusions
From time to time Pixel Burn may offer promotional discounts, including welcome offers, newsletter sign-up discounts, abandoned checkout offers, or other marketing promotions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these promotional discounts apply only to standard retail and personalised gift products.
Laser machines, laser equipment, laser accessories, and laser materials are generally excluded from promotional discounts, including welcome discounts, abandoned checkout offers, and automated marketing promotions. Discounts for these products are only valid where directly confirmed by Pixel Burn in writing or applied manually by our team.
If an automated promotion, checkout session, or system-generated discount is incorrectly applied to a product category that is excluded from promotional discounts, Pixel Burn reserves the right to correct the pricing or cancel the affected order prior to production or dispatch.
5. Pricing errors & order acceptance
While we take reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy, genuine errors may occur. Pixel Burn reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or amend affected orders.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed. Acceptance does not waive our right to correct a genuine pricing error prior to production or dispatch.
If a pricing error is identified after payment but before production or dispatch, we will contact you to discuss available options, including proceeding at the corrected price or receiving a full refund.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Custom orders & artwork proofs
Many custom orders move directly into production to maintain fast turnaround times.
If selected at checkout, an artwork proof will be provided for approval before production begins. Production will not commence until approval is received.
- Orders may be paused or cancelled if approval is not received within seven business days
If an artwork proof is not selected, production proceeds based on the details provided.
Once production has commenced, custom and personalised orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded for change of mind, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Shipping & delivery
We ship Australia-wide and internationally where available. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only.

8. Returns, refunds & cancellations
Our Refunds, Returns & Free Delivery Protection Policy forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. User content
By submitting artwork, text, or images, you grant Pixel Burn a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to fulfil your order and, unless you opt out in writing, to showcase completed work for promotional purposes.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content provided.
10. Intellectual property
All designs, templates, images, videos, and materials created by Pixel Burn remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
11. Prohibited use
- Unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Uploading malicious code or harmful files
- Transmission of abusive, obscene, or defamatory material
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.
12. Limitation of liability & indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
These limits do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify Pixel Burn against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
13. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supplier disruptions, or government actions.
14. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to that policy.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are breached or payments are not made.
16. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts and tribunals.
We encourage disputes to be resolved through good-faith communication. If unresolved after 14 days, disputes may be referred to mediation or the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) where appropriate.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published with a revised “Last updated” date.
