The cutoff updates live on every product page based on current workshop volume and is generally around 6PM AEST. On busier days it may be a little earlier. Always check the live countdown on the product page before ordering.
Is next business day delivery automatic?
Not automatic. It is your choice at checkout. TNT Overnight Express is an optional upgrade. If you are not in a hurry then free Australia Post eParcel on eligible gift orders over $39.99 is a great pick.

No. Free standard shipping applies to eligible gift orders over $39.99. Laser supplies and materials have shipping options calculated at checkout based on size weight and delivery address.
Is parcel protection included no matter which shipping I choose?
Yes. Every single order and every shipping method is covered. Standard express and overnight orders are covered up to $10,000 per item including GST and freight.
Can I get TNT Overnight to regional or rural areas?

If your order needs a design proof production starts once you approve it. We'll send the proof by email SMS and WhatsApp where available so you know as soon as it is ready.
If you approve it within our same-day production timeframe your order has every chance of being produced and dispatched that same day.
