Pixel Burn Custom Laser Creations was founded in 2020 with a simple goal: to make high-quality personalised gifts accessible without the long production times traditionally associated with custom-made products. What started as a small operation has grown into a multi-location business that has fulfilled tens of thousands of orders for customers across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally.
In 2023, the business rebranded to Pixel Burn — a name that reflects the precision, permanence, and craft behind everything we produce. Today we fulfil orders across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets, with same-day production and fast delivery options available on eligible orders. We operate with a team of more than 120 staff across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia, with offices in Auckland, New Zealand and Mountain View, California, USA.
