Important Updates
New Sender ID Requirements
From 1 July 2026, new Australian Government requirements apply to branded SMS Sender IDs—the business name displayed at the top of a text message.
Under the new system, registered Sender IDs continue to display the approved business name. When a message is sent using an unregistered Sender ID, the original name is replaced with “Unverified”. Messages from different unregistered senders are then grouped together in a single Unverified message thread on the recipient’s phone, rather than appearing under the business name they attempted to use.
Pixel Burn is registered under Australia’s SMS Sender ID Register, administered by the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
You may receive genuine Pixel Burn text messages from one of the approved Sender IDs shown here, or directly from our mobile number:
0468 274 935 — which spells 04682PIXEL
We use different Sender IDs to help you recognise whether a message relates to your order, design proof, invoice, quote, dispatch, tracking, verification or customer support.
Messages sent from our SMS number will continue to display the phone number rather than a branded Sender ID. The new registration requirements apply specifically to branded names displayed as the sender.
Please take care if you receive a message claiming to be from Pixel Burn using a different sender name or phone number. You should verify the message through the organisation’s official website before replying, opening links or providing information.
Official Pixel Burn links will only direct you to:
pixelburn.com.au

Shipping & Order Updates: New Requirements
From 31 May 2026, Australia Post requires additional recipient details on parcel labels to improve delivery accuracy and reduce failed deliveries.
To help avoid delays or returned parcels, customers must now provide:
• Full recipient name
• Delivery address
• Phone number or email address
Orders submitted without complete delivery details may experience delays while our team contacts you to confirm the required information.
This update has been introduced by Australia Post to improve parcel tracking, delivery success rates, and customer notifications across the network.
If you have any questions regarding this change, our support team is available 24/7 to assist.
