What It Does

This specialised marking spray bonds permanently to ceramic and glass when exposed to laser energy, creating crisp, fade-resistant black marks that withstand handling, cleaning, and environmental exposure. Ideal for personalising drinkware, signage, awards, and industrial components, CerMark delivers professional results on materials that are otherwise difficult to mark with traditional engraving methods.

How It Works

Apply a thin, even coat of CerMark spray to your clean ceramic or glass surface, allow it to dry, then laser engrave using your CO2 or fibre laser system. The laser's heat chemically bonds the marking compound to the substrate, creating a permanent black mark. After engraving, simply wash away any excess spray to reveal your finished design.

Compatible Materials

CerMark Black Ceramic & Glass Laser Marking Spray works on glazed ceramics, porcelain, stoneware, tempered glass, borosilicate glass, and other hard, non-porous surfaces. It's compatible with both CO2 and fibre laser systems, making it a versatile addition to any laser workshop.

How to Use

Clean and dry your ceramic or glass surface thoroughly. Shake the aerosol can well and apply a light, even coat from approximately 15–20cm away. Allow the coating to dry completely (typically 5–10 minutes). Load your material into your laser engraver and run your design. After engraving, rinse the surface with water to remove excess spray and reveal your permanent black marking.
