Each side of the acrylic is coated with a protective layer of paper or plastic film to protect the surface during transport and storage. For best results, ensure it is stored lying flat to avoid warpage, and remove the protective film before etching or engraving.

Cast acrylic offers superior performance compared to extruded acrylic. It cuts cleanly without melted edges, allowing for crisp detail and smooth finishes straight off the laser. After cutting, clear acrylic can be flame-polished or mechanically polished to achieve a high-gloss finish, making it ideal for premium signage, display work, and architectural applications.

This clear acrylic is supplied blank and unengraved, making it suitable for laser operators, makers, schools, and businesses seeking reliable acrylic materials.
