This product allows you to order from the full Pixel Burn Specialty Acrylic Collection. Our acrylic range includes a wide selection of colours, flakes, glitter finishes and specialty textures designed for laser cutting, engraving, signage, craft projects and professional fabrication.

Pricing for each sheet is automatically calculated through the options above based on the acrylic finish type and colour code selected. The base product price is only used to activate the option system, so your final price will be displayed once your selections are made.

How to order

Select the acrylic finish type first, then choose the corresponding acrylic colour code from the reference code dropdown. Colour codes match the Pixel Burn Acrylic Colour Catalogue.

Sheet size

All acrylic sheets supplied through this product are 3mm cast acrylic sheets sized 600 × 300 mm. This format is compatible with most desktop laser machines and common cutting layouts.

Custom cutting service (optional)

If required, your sheet can be cut to a custom size before dispatch. Simply enter the finished dimensions in the cutting options provided. Cuts are charged $3 per cut and prepared prior to shipping.

Production & dispatch

This product is part of our specialty materials range and is not included in our same-day production program. Orders for these acrylic sheets are generally dispatched within 2 business days of placement.

Where possible, our team will always attempt to process and dispatch orders on the same day, and same-day production may still be offered depending on workload. If you have an urgent deadline, please reach out to us after placing your order, and our team will do everything possible to meet that deadline.

Laser suitability

Our acrylic sheets are selected for reliable performance on CO₂ laser systems, providing clean cutting edges and consistent engraving results. Optimal settings may vary depending on colour, machine type and laser power.
