Cast acrylic offers superior performance compared to extruded acrylic. It cuts cleanly without melted edges, allowing for crisp detail and smooth finishes straight off the laser. After cutting, clear acrylic can be flame-polished or mechanically polished to achieve a high-gloss finish, making it ideal for premium signage, display work, and architectural applications.
