Many online stores charge extra for delivery protection or pass delivery issues straight to the courier. We don’t. We take care of it for you.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders, with the option to upgrade to faster delivery at checkout. If you choose an upgraded shipping service, your shipping costs are still covered as part of our delivery protection.

If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during delivery, you can lodge a case through our Lost, Damaged, or Stolen during Delivery link on our website.

How issues are resolved
Delivery issues are handled quickly and professionally, often in hours, not weeks. Depending on the situation and product availability, outcomes may include:
- Automatic replacement dispatched from our store
- Store credit if a replacement isn’t suitable
- Refund where required, up to the covered value
Stolen deliveries
Theft during delivery is covered. If a parcel is stolen after delivery, you can lodge a case, and it will be reviewed as part of our delivery protection process.
Important exclusions & fair-use rules
Free delivery protection applies to eligible products shipped within Australia and covers delivery-related issues only.
- Restricted or dangerous goods are excluded from delivery protection. This includes items classified as dangerous goods, such as spray cans, aerosols, flammable or chemical-based products, and other restricted materials.
- Fraudulent or dishonest claims are not covered. This includes false claims, misleading information, or attempts to claim after a refund has already been issued.
- Protection does not cover delivery delays, incorrect address details entered at checkout, or issues that occur outside the delivery process.
