What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a flexible payment option that lets eligible customers pay for their order in four instalments over six weeks. There is no interest when payments are made on time. Orders are processed as normal, so your personalised gift can still move through production and dispatch without delay.

1. Choose Afterpay at checkout

Add your items to cart and proceed to checkout as usual. If your order is eligible, select Afterpay as your payment method.

2. Sign in or create your Afterpay account

If you already have an Afterpay account, simply log in. New customers can set up an account during checkout using a valid mobile number and an eligible debit or credit card.

3. Pay in four instalments

Your order total is split into four equal payments. Payment timing may vary depending on your account history, eligibility, and the order value. Afterpay manages the repayment schedule directly through your account.

Who can use Afterpay?

To use Afterpay, customers generally need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have an Australian or New Zealand residential address
• Have a valid debit or credit card
• Meet Afterpay’s eligibility and approval requirements

Important information

• Afterpay is interest-free when payments are made on time.
• Late fees may apply if a scheduled payment is missed.
• Late fees are capped by Afterpay.
• Some customers may pay the first instalment at checkout, while eligible returning customers may have no payment due upfront.
• Eligibility, spending limits, and approval are determined by Afterpay.
• If an eligible order is refunded in line with our store policies, Afterpay will adjust the payment plan accordingly.
