Which Christmas plaque shapes and sizes can you choose?

Choose from four decorative shapes, each with Christmas-inspired engraved artwork and its own outline. Three size options are available:

Width is the nominal measurement. The plaque height depends on its shape, which retains its own proportions. Allow for up to ±10 mm variation in listed design dimensions. Measurements exclude the hanging cord.

Pixel Burn makes personalised Christmas gifts and decorations to order. Same-day production with next-day delivery options available at checkout. The standard production cut-off is 6:00 PM AEST. Delivery availability and estimates depend on the destination and the service selected at checkout.

If an art proof is requested, it will always be provided for approval before engraving. Where clarification is needed, our team will contact you before proceeding with production.

Personalisation is applied exactly as approved. Preview images are for reference only, and each engraved item is unique, with natural variations depending on the material and colour.

All products are designed, engraved, and quality-checked in Australia using dedicated laser engraving equipment.

All personalised orders are produced in-house by our team. Most orders are made the same day or next business day, depending on design approval and current order volume.

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier networks, with tracking provided once your order is dispatched. Eligible personalised gift orders over $39.99 include free standard shipping, with Express Post, StarTrack Priority and our fastest option, Team Global Express Overnight, available at checkout.

Local pickup is available from our Brisbane City location and is usually ready within 24–48 hours. Please contact our team if wanting to collect your order.

Personalised orders may be cancelled before design or production work begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of the item.
