Personalisation details are checked multiple times to ensure accuracy and quality. If an art proof is requested, it will always be provided for approval before engraving. In cases where clarification is required, our team will contact you prior to proceeding with production.
Personalisation is applied exactly as approved. Preview images are for reference only, and each engraved item is unique, with natural variations depending on material and colour.
All products are designed, engraved, and quality-checked in Australia using professional-grade equipment.

Same-day production is available on most personalised orders, with next-day delivery options available at checkout.
Orders are securely packaged and shipped with tracking provided once dispatched. Local pickup may be available for eligible orders.

What’s covered?
📦 Lost parcels
If your order is lost in transit after dispatch, you may be eligible to claim the full purchase value, subject to claim eligibility.
💥 Damage during delivery
Coverage applies if items are damaged in transit and rendered unusable, such as being fractured, shattered, bent, or crushed.
Cosmetic marks, manufacturing defects, or packaging errors are not covered.
🏠 Theft after delivery (porch piracy)
If your parcel is marked as delivered and later stolen within a short timeframe, you may be eligible to claim the full purchase value.
⏱️ Courier delays
Coverage may apply in cases of significant delivery delays caused by the courier after dispatch.
🌱 Carbon-neutral delivery
Includes carbon-neutral shipping within the recipient’s country.
How claims work
If an issue occurs during delivery, claims are lodged directly through your Pixel Burn order tracking page.
Once submitted and approved, compensation is issued to the customer’s nominated payment method.
