Coverage applies if items are damaged in transit and rendered unusable, such as being fractured, shattered, bent, or crushed.
Cosmetic marks, manufacturing defects, or packaging errors are not covered.
🏠 Theft after delivery (porch piracy)
If your parcel is marked as delivered and later stolen within a short timeframe, you may be eligible to claim the full purchase value.
⏱️ Courier delays
Coverage may apply in cases of significant delivery delays caused by the courier after dispatch.
