Stolen deliveries

Theft during delivery is covered. If a parcel is stolen after delivery, you can lodge a case, and it will be reviewed as part of our delivery protection process.

Important exclusions & fair-use rules

Free delivery protection applies to eligible products shipped within Australia and covers delivery-related issues only.

• Restricted or dangerous goods are excluded from delivery protection. This includes items classified as dangerous goods, such as spray cans, aerosols, flammable or chemical-based products, and other restricted materials.
• Fraudulent or dishonest claims are not covered. This includes false claims, misleading information, or attempts to claim after a refund has already been issued.
• Protection does not cover delivery delays, incorrect address details entered at checkout, or issues that occur outside the delivery process.
