Eligible personalised gift orders over $39.99 include free standard shipping, with Express Post, StarTrack Priority and our fastest option, Team Global Express Overnight, available at checkout.

Local pickup is available from our Brisbane City location and is usually ready within 24–48 hours. Please contact our team if wanting to collect your order.

Personalised orders may be cancelled before design or production work begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of the item.

If an issue occurs with your order, our team will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in line with our policies and the Australian Consumer Law.
