Important Christmas Delivery Information
Our Christmas ordering cut-off dates include time for personalisation and production. Orders requiring a design proof cannot enter production until the design has been approved.
Orders placed within 24 hours of the applicable Christmas delivery cut-off that require or request a design proof may not meet the advertised delivery timeframe. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their design proofs promptly.
If a customer does not approve their design proof within the timeframe required to meet their selected shipping service's Christmas cut-off, any resulting delivery delay will not, by itself, qualify the order for cancellation or a refund. Once design work, proof preparation or production has commenced, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not available for personalised products.
Where available, customers may be offered the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service at the applicable additional cost. Alternatively, their order will continue to be processed and dispatched using the shipping service originally selected at checkout.
Christmas delivery dates are based on courier-provided timeframes and should not be taken as guaranteed delivery dates.

What is the last day to order for Christmas delivery in 2026?
The latest cut-off is Wednesday 23 December 2026 with TGE Priority Overnight for New South Wales, the ACT, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania. For Western Australia and the Northern Territory the latest cut-off is Tuesday 22 December 2026. On the final cut-off date for your delivery service, please order by 10:30 am AEST.
What are the Christmas 2026 cut-off dates for each delivery service?
Standard Delivery: Wednesday 16 December 2026. Express Post: Monday 21 December 2026 (Friday 18 December for Western Australia and the Northern Territory). StarTrack Premium: Tuesday 22 December 2026. TGE Priority Overnight: Wednesday 23 December 2026 (Tuesday 22 December for Western Australia and the Northern Territory). Are the Christmas cut-off dates different for Western Australia and the Northern Territory?
Yes, for two services. Express Post closes on Friday 18 December 2026 and TGE Priority Overnight closes on Tuesday 22 December 2026 for Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Standard Delivery (16 December) and StarTrack Premium (22 December) are the same in every state and territory.
Do the Christmas cut-off dates include personalisation?
Yes. The dates already allow time for personalisation and production. Orders requiring a design proof cannot enter production until the proof has been approved.
What time do Christmas delivery cut-offs close?
On the final advertised cut-off date for your chosen delivery service, order by 10:30 am AEST. Before that date, our usual production ordering times apply: Monday to Thursday by 6:00 pm AEST and every Friday by 2:30 pm AEST.
What if I request a design proof close to the cut-off?
Orders placed within 24 hours of a service's Christmas cut-off that require or request a design proof may miss that window. Production cannot begin until you approve your design, so please review proofs promptly.
Can I upgrade shipping if I miss a cut-off?
Where a faster service is available for your destination, we may offer an upgrade at the applicable additional cost. Otherwise, your order continues with the service selected at checkout.
How are the Christmas delivery dates determined?
We use the courier-provided delivery timeframes and allow for personalisation and production when setting our Christmas ordering cut-offs. Delivery dates are based on courier timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
