All personalised orders are produced in-house by our team. Most orders are made same or next business day, depending on design approval and current order volume.
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier networks, with tracking provided once your order is dispatched. Eligible personalised gift orders over $39.99 include free standard shipping, with Express and TNT Overnight upgrades available at checkout.
Local pickup is available from our Brisbane City location and is usually ready within 24–48 hours. Please contact our team if wanting to collect your order.
Personalised orders may be cancelled before design or production work begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of the item.
If an issue occurs with your order, our team will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in line with our policies and the Australian Consumer Law.

Because many personalised items move into production quickly, changes can only be made before production begins.
Once design work, artwork proof preparation, or production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
If you selected an artwork proof at checkout, production will begin once the proof has been approved.

You can check your order progress anytime by clicking Order Status to view live production and dispatch updates for your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will automatically be sent to your email address. After dispatch, you can track your parcel using the Track Parcel page.
